GopaddiI build Gopaddi, the operating system for travel, tourism, and hospitality. Frontend on Next.js, and Laravel and PHP in this role. One system for people planning trips and businesses running them.

- Problem
- Trip planning, bookings, events, and the agent desk were growing as separate products. Travelers and operators needed them to feel like one platform.
- Constraint
- Marketplace, events, and agent tools already had their own codebases, two APIs, and English and French. The client has to keep working when the network drops. A new library does not land without an architecture decision.
- Decision
- One feature-oriented Next.js architecture. A single map of endpoints. Server state in React Query, persisted on the device. Interface state in Zustand. Locale and session resolved before the page renders. One design system across the surfaces.
- Outcome
- GoPal, GoBusiness, and GoAgent ship on that structure. Planning, booking, and operating do not each invent a new frontend.
